You may not know where to start if you’re looking for health insurance coverage. MetroPlusHealth offers a range of plans that suit your needs without costing too much. If you’re looking for a health insurance plan, you may want to know about income qualifications, any payment requirements, and options for immigrants. Signing up for health insurance can seem scary – but it’s easier if you know what to expect. Though enrollment details may vary between plans, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Our plans cover essential health care needs, from preventive visits and immunizations to hospitalization, lab tests, and prenatal care. Individual benefits vary based on your plan, but you can typically count on things like preventive care, immunizations, specialist visits, and hospitalizations.
You will need contact information, including your address, phone number and email address, so be sure you have that.

Once you have your information ready, get started by calling MetroPlusHealth. The member services team is available weekdays 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturdays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 1.855.809.4073 (TTY:711).
